The drop waisted style sits gently on the lower waist and hips, hides the tummy and is very flattering to wear. Tones of pale aqua run through this warm aqua shade that suits all skin tones, and enhances a sun kissed glow as we have decorated the neckline with small gold sequins that gently shimmer and pretty ruffles on the sleeves and hemline. HOW WE PROCESS REFUNDS:
Our refunds are processed
within seven working days from the date we receive your return. All garments are checked before they are steamed, re checked and repacked and processed to be refunded.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM We are unable to offer free returns so please send orders back using a standard service. We would suggest standard mail. Our office is open Monday to Saturday to receive parcels.
A PRINTED ADDRESS LABEL is
attached on the returns note inside your parcel. Please add this to your parcel as this also contains your order number, so that we can allocate your
return efficiently.
PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE GARMENT TAGS please return items as new, unworn, with tags attached. Our returns policy does not affect your rights.
PLEASE COMPLETE the section on the back of the return form,
enclosed with your order.
PLEASE RETURN GARMENTS WITHIN THEIR CLEAR BAG to protect the garment and enclose within any clean protective outer packaging. We will recycle all used bags.
PLEASE RETURN GARMENTS within the timescale of 14 days from the date goods arrive with you.
UK RETURNS: Our Returns Policy is 14 days from the date goods arrive with you. We are unable to offer free returns so please send orders back using a standard service or second class mail to reduce your costs. You can either send items back via the post office, use a courier of your choice. We include a printed address label, please note this is not a prepaid label.
TAKE TO A POST OFFICE -
Please save your costs, we suggest using the Royal Mail service called Tracked 48hr service no signature . We have daily Royal Mail collections, your parcel will arrive.
TAKE TO A COURIER PARCEL SHOP - If you have an account with a courier for example, you can return your order via a parcel drop off shop seven
days a week. It’s very helpful if you can you send the tracking number by Whatsapp or Email orders@lindseybrown.com, as sometimes couriers deliver

UK LATE RETURNS - We grant 14 days returns policy from the date the item arrives with you. Our policy allows plenty of time to try on and return your garment if it is unsuitable. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you do need to return any item. If we have not
heard from you within14 days of receiving your order and you return your order after 28 days from the delivery date, we are not obliged to refund you. We will provide a store credit for the value of the garment you have returned. The store credit does not expire.
USA CUSTOMERS:
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you do
need to return your order for an exchange or a refund.

When posting your item back, please label your parcel as Return of Goods, An Unaltered Return. If we are billed by UK customs, this will be deducted from your refund. If you have any queries at all about returning goods from overseas, please email message or call us, we are here to help.

EXCHANGES: Please contact our personal shoppers who are more than happy to help you with an exchange whether you need a different size or need to return a gift, we are here to help you. If your order is urgent, it may be easier to purchase a new item than wait for an exchange.
REDUCEDSALE ITEMS: Sale goods can be returned for a full refund strictly within our 14 days policy. Late sale returns will not be refunded and a store credit will be applied. Hair bands, hair accessories and face masks are thonly exemption due to hygiene reasons and cannot be returned.
WORN ITEMS: On very rare occasions, where customers have returned items we
believe items to have been worn, the goods will be returned to you and no
refund will apply as worn items are deemed unfit for resale and we cannot fairly resell items we believe to have been worn.
Please do not remove the garment tags, please return items with
tags attached. If garments are also returned with strong odours such as
sun tan lotion, perfume and smoke, these garments will be returned to the buyer. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected fraudulent returns. Our worn items returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
