Return and Refund policy - How we process returns and refunds

All garments are checked, steamed, checked again for any marks, and repacked before a refund is processed. Our refunds are processed within seven working days from the date we receive your return. If you return an order outside of the 14-day period, we will contact you to discuss this. 

Please scroll down to find the returns policy for your location. UK is 14 days returns window and Rest of World is 21 days.

Please do not remove any garment tags. Please return items as new, unworn, with tags attached. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Please enclose and complete the paper returns form included with your order.

Please return garments within their clear bags to protect them, and enclose within any clean protective outer packaging. We will recycle all used opened bags. Please reuse any clean, label-free outer packaging, you can turn our delivery bags inside out and reuse these.

Our 14-day returns policy is visible on every page of our website. You can also read the policy in the Keep Me brochure included with your order, via live chat, or via the link on each product page.


UK returns and refunds

Our Returns Policy is 14 days from the date goods arrive with you. As a small business we are unable to offer free returns, but to make returning items smoother, you can use our pre-paid Royal Mail service and £4.99 will be deducted from your refund.

All you need to do is place all items into one box or jiffy bag and follow our returns instructions above. Generate your return and take it to the post office or arrange a collection. The post office will give you a receipt of postage. Please reuse any clean outer packaging and ensure all previous delivery labels are removed. This is a tracked service with Royal Mail. Maximum parcel size is 61cm x 45cm x 45cm. You can also click here to create a return with Royal Mail.

Our office is open Monday to Friday 9:00am–5:00pm and Saturday 10:00am–12:00noon to receive parcels. Returns are processed within ten working days from the date you post your return.

You can also return your parcel via any method of your choice at your own cost. If you do, please send us the tracking number via WhatsApp, live chat, or email, as couriers may deliver outside of our office opening hours. We suggest sending items second class with a receipt of postage.

We kindly ask that you do not squash garments into very small bags, as this could damage your item and delay the refund process. Garments need to be cleaned and pressed on return , they don't need to be folded perfectly, but squashing could cause damage in transit.


USA returns and refunds

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you need to return it for an exchange or refund. We allow 21 days for returns to arrive from the USA. We suggest using standard USA Mail.

When posting your item back, please label your parcel as Return of Goods, Unaltered Return. If we are billed by UK customs, this will be deducted from your refund.

If you return your order after 45 days from the delivery date, we are not obliged to refund you and will provide a store credit for the value of the garment returned. Store credits do not expire.

Rest of the World returns and refunds

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you need to return it for an exchange or refund. Please be aware that international post can take 9–21 days to reach the UK, so it is helpful to let us know your return is on its way.

When sending your return, please be aware you are liable for returning goods duty and tax paid to the UK if your parcel is incorrectly labelled. Please label your parcel as Return of Goods , Unaltered Return. If we are billed by customs, this will be deducted from your refund.

If you return your order after 45 days from the delivery date, we are not obliged to refund you and will provide a store credit for the value of the garment returned. Store credits do not expire.

Exchanges

Please contact our personal shoppers who are more than happy to help you with an exchange, whether you need a different size or are returning a gift. If your order is urgent, it may be quicker to purchase a new item rather than wait for an exchange to be processed.


Reduced sale goods

Sale goods can be returned for a full refund strictly within our worldwide 14 day policy. Late sale returns will not be refunded and a store credit will be applied instead.

Hair bands, hair accessories and face masks are exempt from our returns policy for hygiene reasons and cannot be returned or refunded. 

We are not obliged to refund reduced sale items returned after the 14-day period.


Worn items

On very rare occasions where customers have returned items we believe to have been worn, the goods will be returned and no refund will apply, as worn items are deemed unfit for resale.

Please do not remove garment tags and return items with tags attached. Garments returned with strong odours such as suntan lotion, perfume or smoke will be returned to the buyer. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected fraudulent returns. Our worn items policy does not affect your statutory rights.
