1.2 We do not store any of your payment details as this information is processed by the relevant payment provider. If you do phone the office to place an order directly with one of our personal shoppers, then this information will be used whilst you are on the phone to process the payment, it is not captured or stored in any format. In the case that private information is recorded, it will be processed correctly and recycled in secure waste bins which are locked and collected monthly.

2.1 To provide the products you order from us 

We will process your order as per the instructions you provide. This order information is securely stored within our e-commerce platform, Shopify, and is not held in any other location or in any other format. Even if you contact the office to place an order over the phone we will process the order via our e-commerce platform so your personal data (but not your payment details) is stored in a secure location enabling us to process your order.

2.2 To deliver the orders to you.

To provide a smooth fast shipping experience, our website is connected to a third party shipping partner, who only see the name address email and phone number in order to deliver your parcel. 

2.3 To provide you with exclusive offers and chance to buy new products
