Lindsey Brown luxury resort wear is based in the United Kingdom and delivery worldwide is from our resort wear design office in the UK. The full list of where we ship to can be found in the list below. Please scroll down to reveal the duty and tax method of shipping for your country. Our UK returns policy is 14 days for UK customers. United Kingdom ~ British brand delivery from UK

We use Royal Mail Express Tracked 24 service for all UK orders. If you would like a guaranteed next day delivery please select next day at the checkout. Orders received before 11am will be shipped on the same day. Read UK delivery options

* Express tracked with Royal Mail can be left in a safe place if you are not home. Let us know your safe place by adding a note at the checkout. If you won't be home, this is the best service to select. A doorstep is not a safe place.

* Next day delivery with Royal Mail requires to be handed over to a person and cannot be left on a doorstep. Royal Mail will send you a text when your order is ready for delivery and with an approximate time slot. If you need to nip out ~ please leave a note on your door and arrange with a neighbour to accept your parcel as Special Delivery requires to be handed over to a person and cannot be left on a doorstep.

Australia

Express DHL $50 | 4 to 9 days with DHL for orders under $999

Express DHL $75 | 4 to 9 days with DHL for orders over $1000

We have removed the UK VAT from the AUD$ prices and also the AUD$ duty if over the Australian threshold of $1000. When your order arrives, you will pay DHL any duty and taxes owed. DHL may charge a $35 admin fee as they are acting as a broker to clear your shipment through Australian customs on your behalf. We also pay an admin fee to export to Australia.

Orders over $1000 may have to pay Australian import duty and tax. You will pay this directly to DHL.

Due to the size of Australia, shipping can take a few days longer than estimated. DHL will provide exact times once the goods are in transit. The duty and taxes unpaid shipping system is beneficial if you wish to return goods to us, as you can apply to reclaim any duty and tax you have paid from the Australian government.

Bahrain

Express DHL 3-6 days | Duty & taxes not paid

Orders under £999 | £45 GBP

Orders over £1000 | £75 GBP

On entry into Bahrain you will pay any % tax rate and % duty. This is the best option as if you wish to return your items for a refund, you can reclaim any import tax and duty as you are a citizen of Bahrain. We are unable to reclaim any import tax and duty on your behalf. This is the best option for everyone.

Prices are set in GBP£. Goods are made in India and Morocco and have the UK VAT and tax element removed.

Canada

Canada Post | Duty & taxes unpaid | $30 CAD

Orders over $600 | Delivery increases to $40 CAD

All garments show prices in CAD$ without any duty or tax, as we ship DDU duty tax unpaid. This is beneficial to you as a shopper, in case you have to return an item for a refund, you can reclaim any duty and tax from the Canadian government. If Canada Post workers are striking, internal delivery may take longer than expected.

Hong Kong

Japan

Orders over NZD $999 | DHL express 4-9 days | Duty & taxes unpaid | $75 NZD

Norway

DHL express 2-4 days | Duty & taxes not paid | 500 NOK

We have removed the UK VAT tax & duty from our prices. On entry into Norway, you will pay the tax & duty. Approximately 25% tax and 11% duty.

This is the best option if you wish to return your items for a refund. You can reclaim the VAT and tax as you are a Norwegian citizen. We are unable to reclaim the VAT and duty on your behalf. This is the best option for everyone.

Singapore

DHL express 5-8 days | Duty and taxes paid

Orders under $1500 SGD | Shipping $60 SGD

Orders over $1501 SGD | Shipping $120 SGD

Switzerland

Swiss Post express tracked 5-8 days | Duty & taxes not paid | 15 CHF

We have removed the UK tax & duty from our prices. On entry into Switzerland, you will pay any tax & duty. Swiss % tax rate and Swiss % duty.

This is the best option if you wish to return your items for a refund, as you may be able to reclaim the duty and taxes as you are a Swiss citizen. We are unable to reclaim the VAT and duty on your behalf. This is the best option for everyone.

USA

DHL 2-3 days | Duty & taxes unpaid | $30 shipping

Prices exclude USA duties and taxes.

As the US import system keeps changing, we have removed the paid option of USA import duty and taxes. This means the USD$ prices have reduced as they now exclude USA import duty and taxes. You, the shopper, will pay the import duty and tax on delivery to DHL directly.

This is beneficial to you as a shopper, in case you have to return an item for a refund, you can reclaim any import duty and tax from the American government. Please click to read more about USA delivery and duty.

UAE

DHL express 2-4 days | Duty & taxes not paid

Orders under 4000 AED | Shipping 175 AED

Orders over 4001 AED | Shipping 350 AED

On entry into UAE you will pay any % tax rate and % duty.

This is the best option if you wish to return your items for a refund. You can reclaim the VAT and tax as you are a UAE citizen. We are unable to reclaim the VAT and duty on your behalf. This is the best option for everyone.

Europe & EU import laws have changed

We are currently revising our EU shipping costs and requirements in line with the new GSPR EU ruling. As soon as we have completed our review, we will be able to ship in Europe.
