We deliver to the USA duty and tax paid. Please select USA as your location and state at the checkout. DDP duty and tax paid means the taxes are included in the price of the goods.

Our order process:

  • Orders placed after 12:00 noon EST time will be processed the following working day.
  • You will receive a notification email to confirm we are working on your order.
  • A second email from our personal shopping team will confirm your DHL tracking number.
  • Please note we are unable to ship single orders of a face mask or hair scrunchie to USA as the cost of shipping is too high.

 

You can choose a delivery date to suit you: You can customise your delivery as a guest on the DHL website which enables you to

  • Choose your delivery date when you will be home.
  • Authorise a signature release.
  • Leave your order with a neighbour, your apartment porter or a security guard.
  • Collect from your local DHL service hub if more suitable for you.
  • Hold your parcel at DHL with vacation hold for up to 30 days from order date.
  • We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes and forwarding addresses.
  • If you collect from DHL you will need 2 forms of ID: photo ID and your DHL email.
  • Ensure to keep your tracking number which DHL call the waybill handy.

 

DHL will deliver your order Monday to Friday and between 8am - 8pm:

  • On some occasions at their discretion, they may deliver on a Saturday morning however we cannot specify a Saturday delivery.
  • Only the recipient can update their delivery preferences or delivery date, it is easy to do so on the DHL website. The Lindsey Brown team cannot change the delivery date for you.
  • If you choose to arrange delivery without a signature, you accept all responsibility for any loss or damage. Lindsey Brown is not responsible for any loss or damage.

You can return your item in several ways, post back to us using USPS USA Postal Service, DHL Pre Paid Label or a courier of your choice. Our office is open for deliveries Monday to Saturday to receive parcels.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

A PRINTED ADDRESS LABEL is attached on the reverse of this page, please add this to your parcel as this also contains your order number, so that we can allocate your return efficiently.

PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE GARMENT TAGSplease return items as new, unworn and with tags attached.

PLEASE COMPLETE the section on the back of this returns form and enclose with your return.

PLEASE RETURN GARMENTS WITHIN THEIR CLEAR BAG to protect the garment and enclose within any clean protective outer packaging. We will recycle all used opened bags.

PLEASE NOTIFY US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY if you need to return your order for a refund or if you would like to exchange for another size or style.

 

RETURN VIA DHL PRE PAID RETURN: We can prepare a prepaid DHL label, to return your item back to the UK and submit the customs paperwork. The shipping and admin cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • DHL return or an order under $600 the shipping would be $40.
  • DHL return of an order over $600 the shipping would be $50.
  • We can book a DHL home collection for you.
  • You can also drop your parcel off into a DHL Service Point near you.
  • Timescale approx. 2-4 days with DHL
  • You would need to print off the Returns label at home.

 

RETURN YOUR ITEM USING US POSTAL SERVICE:

Ensure you tick all boxes declaring this is a RETURN of GOODS and tell the USPS person this is a return.

Ensure you give the correct value. The value must match your order you paid.

The USPS website suggests using the Services below to ship to the United Kingdom and costs.

  • First Class Package International Service if your return is under $400 shipping is approx. $15.
  • Priority International Mail if your return is over $400, the shipping is approx. $35.
  • Time from USA to arrive in UK is 8-20 days depending on the service you use.
  • HS Customs code for your item and Country of Origin have been included with your order.

 

IF YOU FAIL TO DECLARE IT’S A RETURN OF GOODS

  • Your parcel could he held by UK Customs until we pay the taxes, which can cause a delay.
  • On top of tax charges, we will be charged a Royal Mail admin fee of $15 and $5 posting and submitting forms to UK Custom to claim back the tax and duty. The $20 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Once we have your goods, we will follow our returns policy and refund you within 7 working days.
  • We will claim the incorrect duty back from UK Customs.

 

DHL pre paid return -  We can prepare a pre paid DHL label, to return your item back to the UK  Duty and Taxes paid. The shipping and admin cost which would be deducted from your refund amount.

Return using a courier - If you have shipped your return with  courier, It’s very helpful if you can you send the tracking number by WhatsApp, Online Chat or please email orders@lindseybrown.com

 

Exchange a style or size: Please contact our personal shoppers who are more than happy to help you with an exchange whether you need a different size or need to return a gift, we are here to help you. If your order is urgent, it may be easier to purchase a new item than wait for an exchange. We send exchanges out after the initial order is received, we do not charge you again for shipping your exchange.

 

Late returns: We grant 14 days from the date the item arrives with you to be notified if you need to return your order. We accept returns for a full refund if orders are received within our 28 days time frame, which allows extra time for US post to the UK. Our policy allows plenty of time to try on and return your garment if it is not suitable. If for whatever reason you are unable to return your item promptly, please email orders@lindseybrown.com. If you return your order 45 days from delivery date, we are not obliged to refund you, and will provide a store credit for the value of the garment. The store credit will not expire.
