Jasmine is a beautiful new style of sleeveless resort wear top to wear on vacation by Lindsey Brown resort wear. A floaty short top with a ruffle hemline with an adjustable neckline. Designed to be worn both ways, the rounded neckline ties at the back of the neck with tassels hanging down.
