Can I transfer my points to a friend ?
No each customer has their own points saved. You can use your points to buy gifts for your friend but the points will be debited from your reward account.
Can I save my points or do I have to spend them in one go?
You can choose exactly how many points to use at the checkout, up the value of £50 at one time.
Can I earn extra points if I refer a friend?
No, you do not earn points by referring a friend. Instead, if you refer a friend and if they make a purchase and keep their order, you will receive a £5 voucher as a thankyou. They will also receive a £5 off voucher against their order.
How quickly will my points show on my account?
Once we know you are keeping your order, points will show on your account 14 to 21 days after your order date. Our UK returns policy is 14 days.
I am unsure if I have an account?
Try logging in, with your email address. If you have an account, you will be able to reset your password. if you do not have an account, it will say you do not have an account.
What is the maximum number of points I can use?
You can use up to £50 of points against a single order.
Will my points expire ?
No, points will not expire . You can use up to £50 of points against a single order.
Are there any double points days or offers?
As a member, we will email you in advance with any special promotions.
I was expecting more points against my order?
When you place an order, points are calculated from the net amount. If you are a UK shopper, the net figure is after UK VAT is removed. To explain, if your order value was £120, the reward points are calculated on the net figure of £100.
If I decide to leave the members club what happens?
You can unsubscribe and also leave at any time. However your account and points will be deleted. If you re join the members club, your points will start again from zero.
Will I earn points on my previous orders?
Our Points club launched on 15th September 2025. We have manually added a gift of points to our loyal shoppers, who have ordered before this date, based on their orders from 01/01/2024.
