The drop waisted style sits gently on the lower waist and hips, hides the tummy and is very flattering to wear. Tones of orange in a warm shade we call papaya suits all skin tones, and enhances a sun kissed glow. Hand decorated with gold sequins around the neckline and pretty ruffles on the sleeves and hemline. Monterey has our signature v neck and v back with fine silk ties at the back. A floaty bloused style of silk kaftan with a drop waist to wear on the lower waist or on the hip. One Size options suit many dress sizes. Daytime we styled this over swimwear, the fine shimmering gold beads around the neckline add a touch of glamour. Gold gladiator style sandals and an oversized tote bag completed the look. Fabric & Care

100% Silk excluding sequins.

Refresh your silk Items using a handheld steamer rather than washing and dry cleaning, as it is more sustainable than dry cleaning and preserves the quality of all silk clothes.

Do not wash in a machine on a cold or silk wash.

You can dip silk in 100% cold water but do not soak silk.

Instead, we recommend dipping into 100% cold water, remove excess water and hang dry immediately. If you decide to hand wash your item, only in cold water use a non-bio liquid or powder. Dilute the liquid in the water, and gently wash by dipping the garment, do not soak. Rinse gently in cold water and reshape whilst damp. For best results hang when nearly dry and steam back to shape.
