RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

If you wish to Exchange or Return your designer kaftan it’s simple

RETURN FOR A FULL REFUND : It’s helpful if you can email orders@lindseybrown.com to let us know you are sending your item back but it's not essential.

We accept any unwanted goods for a refund or exchange when returned unworn and complete with tags within 14 days of purchase for UK, 21 days for international.

Within your order we will include returns paperwork with an address label which details your unique returns number.

We’ll process the refund as soon as the refund arrives and the goods are checked. Once processed you will receive an email to confirm the refund has been authorised.

POSTAL COSTS : Please send back second class mail to reduce your costs and obtain a receipt of postage UK Second class small parcel is approx. £2.85  

SWAP FOR ANOTHER ITEM OR SIZE : Call +44 (0)116 2414627 and speak to a Beach Advisor to help with sizes and exchanges. Outside of office hours or if more convenient email  orders@Lindseybrown.com and a Style advisor will either call you back or email reply to you and suggest an alternative.

WORN ITEMS : On occasion if we believe items have been worn, a partial refund will be processed if items need to be washed, steamed and repacked. If goods are deemed unfit for resale and have been worn, the goods will be returned to you and no refund will apply.

JEWELLERY : Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable

SENDING GOODS BACK FROM OVERSEAS : It’s essential to let us know we are expecting your return from outside the UK.  Please send your tracking number if you have used a tracked service.  Please be aware that international post can take from 9 – 14 days to reach UK.
