Resort wear returns and exchanges

RETURNS - Please send items back to our office using a standard second class mail option, to reduce your costs. As delivery to you the customer is free, we are unable to offer free pre paid returns. Our office is open for deliveries Monday to Saturday. 

Please do not remove the garment tags, please return items with tags attached as they have been sent out. 

An address label will be enclosed with your order, this also contains your order number, so that we can allocate your return efficiently. You can email orders@lindseybrown.com to let us know you are sending your item back but it is not essential.

Please complete the section on the back of the returns form, sent with your delivery and enclose with your return.

Please ensure you return goods in their original condition, complete with tags within 14 days of them arriving , 21 days from outside of the UK. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM : Recycling is important to us. Please place the garment in the clear bag it came in and enclose within the jiffy bag or any outer packaging bag as we will recycle your order packaging.

UK RETURNS : Use a pre paid Royal Mail label for £3.99. As a small business we are unable to offer free returns but to make returning items smoother for you, you can use our pre-paid Royal Mail service and £3.99 will be deducted from your refund. Our refunds are processed within seven working days from the date we receive your return. Full returns information is printed off an enclosed with your order.

All you need to do is put all items into one box or jiffy bag and follow our returns policy above. Generate your return and take to the post office or have the item collected. The post office will give you a receipt of postage. Please reuse any clean outer packaging and ensure all previous delivery labels are removed. This is a Tracked service with Royal Mail. Maximum parcel size that can be sent in a jiffy bag, outer bag or a box  is  61cm x 45cm x 45cm.

You will need your Order Number. 

Please reuse any clean, label free outer packaging. You can turn our delivery bags inside out and reuse these.

Our office is open 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday and 10am -12 noon Saturday to receive parcels. Returns are processed within seven working days, Monday to Friday, from the date we receive your return.

You can also return your parcel via any method of your choice, at your cost.  If you do, it’s very helpful to send the tracking number by WhatsApp or Online Live Chat or by email to orders@lindseybrown.com, as couriers may deliver outside of our office opening hours.

HOW WE PROCESS REFUNDS : Please send goods back unworn and complete with tags. Refunds are usually processed within 1-2 working days. You will receive a refund email notification.

 

EXCHANGES AND HOW TO SWAP FOR ANOTHER ITEM OR SIZE :  Please contact our personal shoppers who are more than happy to help you with an exchange whether you need a different size or need to return a gift, they are here to help you. Outside of working hours it may be easier to for you to purchase a new item and we refund you for your return as soon as we receive it.

We are sorry we are not able to hold SALE items for exchanges as these usually are very low in stock so we suggest you purchase a new item in the colour or new size you require.

 

SENDING GOODS BACK FROM OVERSEAS : Please be aware that international post can take from 10-20 days to reach the UK so it is helpful to let us know we are expecting your return.  Please email orders@lindseybrown.com or WhatsApp +44 7501959141

 

WORN ITEMS : On very rare occasions, where customers have returned items we believe items to have been worn, the goods will be returned to you and no refund will apply as worn items are deemed unfit for resale and we cannot fairly resell items we believe to have been worn.

Please do not remove the garment tags, please return items with tags attached. If garments are also returned with strong odours such as sun tan lotion, perfume and smoke, these garments will be returned to the buyer. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected fraudulent returns. Our worn items returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
