Last Day for Christmas orders.
Our last day for sending Christmas orders is Friday 22nd for Signed For delivery on 23rd December. lf you have chosen next day delivery, you will need to sign for your parcel. You can always quickly message or chat online if you have a query about the best shipping options. Tracked24 hour service is not guaranteed for Christmas delivery due to the volume of parcels Royal Mail have to deliver. We suggest upgrading to our next day service. If you do choose next day and change your delivery options on the Royal Mail app, this will delay your parcel to deliver the following day. There is no delivery service on 24th December.
Orders placed over Christmas Holidays
For any orders placed over Christmas bank holidays from 24th to 27th we will send out your order on 28th December for delivery on 29th and 30th December when Royal Mail and DHL will be working, to ensure your resort wear arrives in time for any holidays or celebrations.
All orders sent out on 29th December will be sent using a tracked or paid for next service so please ensure you choose a day you will be home to receive your parcel on 30th December.
If your order is urgent for a holiday in between Christmas and New Year we do suggest upgrading to our next day delivery. DHL or Royal Mail will require a signature but you can log into the email from the couriers to request they leave your order in a safe place.
We will confirm your order has been shipped by whatsapp and email.
In Between Christmas and New Year
Orders placed on 30th December will be delivered from 3rd January onwards.
Orders placed over the bank holidays of 31st Dec, 1st Jan, 2nd Jan will be packed and shipped on 3rd January 2024

USA Delivery for Christmas
The last day for sending to USA is 20th December. For any orders placed over Christmas holidays we will send out your order on 28th December to ensure your resort wear arrives in time for any holidays or celebrations.
All orders will be sent Duty and Tax Paid using DHL Express a signature will be required so please ensure you choose a day you will be home to receive your parcel. Please message, call or email our customer service team to double check the delivery option for any international orders to avoid disappointment.
WORLDWIDE Delivery for Christmas
Our last day to place an order in time for Christmas is 16th December 2022. You can whatsapp, call or email our customer service team to double check the delivery option for any international orders to avoid disappointment.
Christmas Gift Wrapping
If you have ordered any items as a gift and would like to include a gift note with your purchase and/or would like the item gift wrapped for free then please add your details into the special instructions section at the checkout. If you forget to add this, please leave a note in the Online Chat on our website or please a whatsapp message to +44 7501959141.
They will be beautifully gift wrapped in a gift bag or box to make a special gift for Christmas.
Extended Returns Dates 2024
We have extended our usual returns date to 16th January 2024 for any purchases made in December to allow extra time for any Christmas gifts. Please see our returns page for our full returns policy and procedures.
Please post any Christmas gifts back by within plenty of time for a full refund to be received in our office by 16th January 2024 at the latest. We understand overseas post can take longer.
