UK Last Day for Christmas orders 2025
Our last day for sending Christmas orders is Monday 22nd December 2025 for Signed For delivery on 23rd December and 24th December. If you have chosen our next day delivery, you will need to sign for your parcel ~ Royal Mail will not leave it. You can always quickly message or chat online if you have a query about the best shipping options.
We would suggest you upgrade to Next Day Delivery as Tracked24 hour service is not guaranteed for Christmas delivery due to the volume of parcels Royal Mail have to deliver. If you do choose next day and change your delivery options on the Royal Mail app, please be aware that this will delay your parcel to deliver the following day.
UK Delivery In Between Christmas and New Year 2025
For any orders placed over Christmas bank holidays from 24th to 28th December we will send out your order on 29th December for delivery on 30th December or 31st to ensure your resort wear arrives in time for any holidays.
Orders placed over 31st Dec, 1st Jan and 2nd Jan will be packed and shipped on 2nd January 2026 for delivery 3rd January onwards.

USA Delivery for Christmas 2025
The last day for sending to USA is 19th December 2025 For any orders placed over Christmas holidays we will send out your order on 29th December 2025 to ensure your resort wear arrives in time for any holidays or celebrations.
All orders will be sent Duty and Tax Un Paid using DHL Express a signature will be required so please ensure you choose a day you will be home to receive your parcel. Please message or contact our customer service team to double check the delivery option for any international orders to avoid disappointment. payment of duty will be required on delivery.

WORLDWIDE Delivery for Christmas 2025
Our last day to place an order in time for Christmas is 16th December 2025. You can WhatsApp, call or email our customer service team to double check the delivery option for any international orders to avoid disappointment.
Extended Returns Dates 2025 into 2026
We have extended our usual returns date to 12th January 2026 for any purchases made in December to allow extra time for any Christmas gifts. Please see our returns page for our full returns policy and procedures.
Please post any Christmas gifts back by within plenty of time for a full refund to be received in our office by 12th January 2026 at the latest. We understand overseas post can take longer, so please let us know to expect your return.
