Yellow Plus Size Silk Maxi Dress, Santorini
This yellow plus size silk maxi dress named Santorini is crafted from eight metres of hand-dyed silk chiffon, sewn into a flowing sleeveless maxi in a generous 2XLarge size. The graduating ombré colour, white at the top melting into lemon yellow and lime green, is achieved through a vertical tie-dye technique applied after the dress is fully made and sewn. The result is a one-of-a-kind finish that makes every Santorini dress truly unique.
Santorini Dress Fit and Design Details
The Santorini has a shaped upper body, lined with white microfibre, that sits close to the bust and waist before opening into a loose, tiered skirt. Three tiers of silk chiffon create the fullness of the skirt, ensuring a graceful drape rather than bulk at the waist, ideal if you are pear-shaped or carry weight on your hips. Two adjustable silk shoulder straps allow the neckline to be raised or lowered for full or partial coverage, and the dress can be worn back to front, a signature Lindsey Brown detail. Lime and yellow tassels decorate each strap. Please note: if you are apple-shaped or tend to size up at the waist, our loose-fitting plus size maxi dresses may be a better fit for you, as the Santorini body is shaped.
