Turquoise blue floaty plus size silk maxi dresses called Santorini by Lindsey Brown resort wear, in turquoise blue is such an iconic colourway for a silk holiday dress. The white base colour is hand dip dyed over several days to create our iconic graduated dip dyed hemline. Eight metres of hand dyed silk chiffon are sewn to create this beautiful sleeveless silk maxi dress. The graduating colour of turquoise blue into white is created by using a hand tie dye affect called ombre. The hand tie dye on silk is created after we make and sew a finished white dress. The top of the dress is white, lined with white base, then dipped into bright turquoise dye. Left over a few days the dye is drawn upwards and gradually the blue colour merges into the white.

Three tiers of silk create the flowing skirt of the Santorini dress, as this ensures the fullness from each skirt tier, rather than fullness from the waist.
Sleeveless, with silk shoulder straps that can be adjusted, allowing many heights to wear this floaty silk maxi plus size dress. The back of the neck is fixed, and the front ties not only move, allowing many heights to wear this dress, the neckline can also be adjusted for full or partial coverage over the neckline and cleavage.
