Black Luxury Silk Maxi Kaftan by Lindsey Brown
The Rio is a beautiful black luxury silk kaftan in a semi-sheer silk maxi kaftan style, perfect for your next luxury holiday. Matt black silk is contrasted with a variety of small to large black disc sequins, hand-sewn to decorate the V-neckline and cuffs, gently glimmering in the sunshine. Taking inspiration from our signature luxury silk kaftans, Manhattan and Acapulco, our Rio maxi kaftan is a highly requested addition to our collection, created in a full maxi length in response to popular demand from ladies seeking a stunning, full-length black silk maxi kaftan.
The Rio silk maxi kaftan ties with a bow at the back of the neck, allowing the deep V-neckline to be drawn closer or styled loose. The V-back sits just above the swimwear or bra line and can be drawn in with fine black silk ties, each finished with a crystal bead, tied in a bow that hangs elegantly at the back. The length is 130cm from shoulder to hem, with a 30cm side split on either side for ease of movement, allowing the skirt to flow and sway beautifully. The hemline is left plain so you can alter it to your preferred length. The softly elasticated waistband means this luxury silk kaftan drapes beautifully and can also be worn as a silk maxi dress. One size truly fits many, from petite to larger dress sizes.
Rio is crafted from 100% silk georgette, a durable, matt, and naturally breathable fabric that is an ideal choice for warm-weather holidays.
