The Monterey yellow silk drop waist bloused kaftan is a beautiful designer dress style, perfect for your next luxury holiday. The drop waist sits gently on the lower waist and hips, skimming the tummy for a flattering, effortless silhouette. Hand tie-dyed in warm yellow tones and decorated with gold sequins around the neckline, with pretty ruffles on the sleeves and hemline, Monterey features our signature V-neck and V-back with fine silk ties. Silk georgette feels incredibly soft and smooth on the skin; it really does have a luxurious touch. Despite its semi-sheer matt appearance, when dyed in vibrant colours and the hand tie-dye techniques we use at Lindsey Brown luxury resort wear, it is not overly sheer or transparent. You may be able to see the silhouette of a bikini underneath. Our clever use of vertical tie-dye patterns and vibrant colours provides just the right balance of modesty and elegance. The silk fabric’s light, breathable nature makes it so comfortable to wear in hot and humid weather, whether wandering around your resort in the midday sun or wearing silk kaftans for sunset cocktails at the beach bar.
Monterey Silk Kaftan Size and Fit
Our one size cover-ups to wear to the beach truly fit many sizes as the silk fabric drapes beautifully, with the low-cut arms allowing many dress sizes and bra sizes to wear the one size options. The S–M fits a UK 10 to 12, and the L–XL fits a UK 14 to 16.
