Watching Mamma Mia I Have a Dream, we spotted our blue and white silk maxi dresses being worn on stage. These are our Lindsey Brown resort wear silk dresses called the Santorini, and we are so delighted to have seen them on television. The beautiful and talented finalists in the ITV show looked absolutely incredible in them.

Designer Lindsey Brown talks us through the design process for our Santorini silk maxi dresses.
It is amazing to see these dresses being worn for the ITV I Have a Dream Mamma Mia show, as the film and soundtrack was the design inspiration for our collection which we named Summer in Santorini. With the iconic Greek colour palette of bright white buildings and cobalt blue rooftops with billowing pink and orange flowers, it is the ideal landscape for a dreamy holiday getaway. When designing new holiday dresses or designer kaftans I have to imagine I am on holiday. I transport myself to the place as if I was wearing those dresses on holiday in Greece. I have to feel the heat, the warmth, the sand between my toes and the golden glow of sunshine. With this in mind, I played the Mamma Mia soundtrack and film whilst working in my design studio. For my silk holiday maxi dresses to be picked by the wonderful costume designers for the TV show is a dream come true.
