Lindsey Brown Luxe Resortwear Exchange and Refund Policy
An Authorised Returns number must appear on the outside of the package and on your Returns Form for all refund requests or exchanges.
(1) Email or Call for an Authorisation Number
(2) Write the Authorisation Number on your package.
(3) Fill in the details including your Returns Number on your Exchange & Refund Form
(4) Post back within 14 days of purchase to the following address:

If you are not entirely happy with your Kaftan, Holiday Dress or Accessories we will be happy to arrange an Exchange or Refund, Strictly within 14 days of purchase for both UK and International Orders, just contact us via e-mail or phone. Refunds & Exchanges after 14 days of purchase will not be accepted.
Returns - Refunds and Exchanges
Goods must be returned in their original condition, new with tags.
Goods must be unworn and clean, without make up stains, snags or smelling of smoke.
Goods must be returned with a returns number on the outside of the package.
If goods are returned in a Non New State, as sent out, Lindsey Brown Luxe Resortwear is within its rights to not offer a refund or exchange and goods will be returned to the customer.
If goods are returned with make up stains or for example, smelling of smoke, goods are not in a new condition as sent out, Lindsey Brown will contact the customer to come to an arrangement as Lindsey Brown will not be able to sell the goods as new. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Order Discrepancies: Any problems with your order should be brought to the attention of MYA BLUE UK Ltd within 14 days of ordering. Mistakes will duly be corrected. MYA BLUE UK Ltd requires written notification of the discrepancy before any refund or replacement can be sent out. If a customer fails to notify MYA BLUE UK Ltd of any discrepancies, MYA BLUE UK Ltd shall have no liability whatsoever. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Goods: If you believe the goods we have supplied are faulty you should contact MYA BLUE UK Ltd on the telephone number or e-mail address stated below and follow the returns procedure above. MYA BLUE UK Ltd will investigate the fault once we have received the item and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution. This does not affect your statutory rights.
