You can return your luxury resort wear order in many ways to save your costs.

You can also request a pre paid returns QR code to present to the post office who will return the item to our office. By requesting and using a pre paid returns label, you are accepting that we will deduct £3.95. 

 

TO USE THIS SERVICE  YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE POST OFFICE. 

* Your returns code is valid for 7 days from the date it is created. 

* We can email the label for you to print at home for you to then take your parcel to the Post Office. 

* If you do not have a printer, you can take the QR code to the Post office who will print your label for you.

* This Service is only available in the United Kingdom.

ONCE YOU HAVE YOUR LABEL - PREPARE YOUR RETURN

Reuse and recycle any secure jiffy bag or a tough clean secure outer bag.

The maximum size of a return  is 44cm long x 35cm wide  x 16cm high.

Please remove any previous labels from the packaging you are using.

Please attach your returns label ensuring the barcode is flat and the label is secure.

  

OUR TERMS 

By requesting and using a returns label, you are accepting that we will deduct £3.95 from your order value to cover admin and the returns postage cost. You can of course return your item using any courier of your choice.
