Orders placed over Christmas Holidays
For any orders placed over Christmas holidays from 24th to 27th we will send out your order on 28th December for delivery on 29th and 30th December when Royal Mail and DHL will be working, to ensure your resort wear arrives in time for any holidays or celebrations.
All orders sent out on 29th December will be sent using a tracked or paid for next service so please ensure you choose a day you will be home to receive your parcel on 30th December.
If your order is Urgent for a holiday, we do suggest upgrading to our DHL next day delivery to avoid dissapointment. DHL will require a signature but you can log into the email from DHL to request they leave your order in a safe place
In Between Christmas and New Year
Orders placed on 30th December will be delivered from Wednesday 4th January onwards ~ unless you have paid for next day delivery.
Orders placed over the bank holidays of 31st Dec, 1st Jan, 2nd Jan will be packed and shipped on 4th January 2023

USA Delivery for Christmas
For any orders placed over Christmas holidays we will send out your order on 28th December to ensure your resort wear arrives in time for any holidays or celebrations.
All orders will be sent Duty and Tax Paid using DHL Express a signature will be required so please ensure you choose a day you will be home to receive your parcel. Christmas Gift Wrapping
If you have ordered any items as a gift and would like to include a gift note with your purchase and/or would like the item gift wrapped for free then please add your details into the special instructions section at the checkout. If you forget to add this, please leave a note in the Online Chat on our website or please a whatsapp message to +44 7501959141
. They will be beautifully gift wrapped in a gift bag or box to make a special gift for Christmas.
Extended Returns Dates 2023
We have extended our usual returns date to 16th January 2023 for any purchases made in December to allow extra time for any Christmas gifts. Please see our returns page for our full returns policy and procedures.
Please post any Christmas gifts back by within plenty of time for a full refund to be received in our office by 16th January at the latest. We understand overseas post can take longer.
