SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
We will pass on details but unfortunately we are unable to guarantee specific instructions such as 'leave outside' or 'leave with house No2' etc, as this contract is between yourself and the courier. If you may not be home, please choose an alternative daytime address to accept your delivery.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you wish to Exchange or Return your designer kaftan it’s simple
RETURN FOR A FULL REFUND : It’s helpful if you can email orders@lindseybrown.com to let us know you are sending your item back but it's not essential.
We accept any unwanted goods for a refund or exchange when returned unworn and complete with tags within 14 days of purchase for UK, 21 days for international.
Within your order we will include returns paperwork with an address label which details your unique returns number.
We’ll process the refund as soon as the refund arrives and the goods are checked. Once processed you will receive an email to confirm the refund has been authorised.
POSTAL COSTS : Please send back second class mail to reduce your costs and obtain a receipt of postage UK Second class small parcel is approx. £2.85
SWAP FOR ANOTHER ITEM OR SIZE : Call +44 (0)116 2414627 and speak to a Beach Advisor to help with sizes and exchanges. Outside of office hours or if more convenient email orders@Lindseybrown.com and a Style advisor will either call you back or email reply to you and suggest an alternative.
WORN ITEMS : On occasion if we believe items have been worn, a partial refund will be processed if items need to be washed, steamed and repacked. If goods are deemed unfit for resale and have been worn, the goods will be returned to you and no refund will apply.
JEWELLERY : Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable
SENDING GOODS BACK FROM OVERSEAS : It’s essential to let us know we are expecting your return from outside the UK. Please send your tracking number if you have used a tracked service. Please be aware that international post can take from 9 – 14 days to reach UK.
This amazing navy maxi dress is cut in layers of silk so the dress is full and long but feels light to wear. You will be the best dressed guest at any occasion such as a Summer Ball, or a Summer Wedding abroad.
All you need to accessorise with is pretty shimmering make up, wear your hair up or down to show off those shimmering shoulders and you are ready
Eight metres of the lovely silk chiffon is sewn and lined to create your beautiful dress. The Santorini dress has been a dream to make and once you try this dress on you will feel a million dollars.
The top and skirt are lined to the second ruffle seam. The neckline is adjustable so this is the perfect Maxi Dress for all heights from 5ft to 6ft. The floaty hemline is not decorated so it can be altered to your desired length.
We can happily shorten the Santorini Silk Maxi dress if you would require a shorter length, a bespoke service we would love to provide for you.
